Sr. Territory Sales Manager
Position:
The Sr. Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the successful execution of direct and indirect sales, sales operations functions and in building and supporting the indirect channel management strategy within the target territory. The Sr. Territory Manager is responsible for meeting annual sales goals, account product training, in-servicing, customer service, and providing support to Clinical Specialists.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Nursing, Marketing) or other business-related field or 3-5 years related selling experience in the field of vascular access.
Proven success in selling medical devices and in particular, vascular access products.
Someone who isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of a project scope to develop new ideas and creative ways/more effective ways to create sales.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task and work on various projects in a short period of time.
Excellent technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google G Suite, etc.
Ability to quickly learn new digital platforms and utilize digital applications to make work more efficient.
Exceptional written and oral communication ability.
Excellent work ethic; ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
